Cookies or Cake?

A recent trend in today’s modern weddings is having alternatives to the wedding cake. Well what about your minimalist or lavishly designed cake that you have been obsessing over for months? It’s out. Well not completely if you so choose. Brides are opting out of having a traditional cake and replacing it with an alternative: milk and cookies. The cookies can be arranged in a design or stacked simply. Milk can be served in shot glasses,  colored glasses to match your theme or plain ones. Your guests can feast on them throughout the reception, have a late night snack for receptions that party all night, or take some home in monogrammed bags as favors. If you like the thought of having an extra sweet treat, you can have cookies and cake. So what will it be, cookies, cake or both?
