Welcome to the Cinq Meal Plans
Our goal is to have a healthy lifestyle by eating wholesome food which comes from our back yards and cycles through the season. Each day you will enjoy great nutritious foods to nurture your body.
Cinq represents getting your life in sync with your body, mind, and spirit; it also holds a strong tie to the 5 rotational food cycles in our area. Five is a sacred number in eastern medicine, the elements of the earth and harvest.
First week may be tough as we slowly eliminate foods you may be use to. Push through it, your body will thank you later. There is also an important component to this program, wellness in mind body and spirit. Cinq will provide for you every week wholesome nutritious food, usually organic, local and natural and prepared by classically trained chefs. We will pay attention to any dietary restrictions you might be concerned about.

• The Cinq meals are conveniently packed so you won’t have to fight traffic over lunch and you will always have time to eat healthy.

From there we will send you a few forms to fill out online. Once you have completed the forms, and selected your meal plan, payment is due.
After that, I will customize your meal plan, even if you have specific allergies!
There will be food on these plans which you are not familiar with, just give it a try you might be surprised at what you like. An open mind is essential for our success.
Track your results
Weekly check-ins will be on Sundays
Please fill out the appropriate forms and send them back.
Cinq will track your progress internally.
You will have a link to track your own daily progress including goals, weight managed, muscle gains and endurance performance.
A deposit for the reusable containers of $75 will be on your account at time of sign up.
Each day the food shall be delivered by 6:00am and the containers from the previous day will be picked up by a Kitchen Cinq representative.
If delivery is requested over 40 miles a delivery fee of $40 per week will be added to your meal plan.
Guidelines
For optimum results:
• Eat wholesome foods which are in season
• Drink plenty of water, about 2 liters a day
• Have plenty of herbal tea
• For Caffeine, turn to teas instead of soda
• Match the cooking method with the season
• If you have a craving, fill the void with something which makes you feel accomplished: cleaning your car, putting on pretty lip gloss, soaking in the tub.
• Communicate! I want to know how you are doing
• Take your supplements and vitamins
